Below is a list of radio stations, TV stations, newspapers, and other media that we need contact information for. If you choose to work on this, please remember that you don't have to get EVERY piece of information, but the more you get the more helpful the contact will be for us. Also, once you get one piece of information the rest can be obtained by contacting the place. Ideally we would want the following information:

  • Name of person being contacted (preferably someone in the Arts & Entertainment or Happenings department) and their exact title.
  • Email address for that person.
  • Direct phone number (or extension) for that person. Fax number if it's available.
  • Mailing address of the publication.
  • Website for the publication (both the home page and any page that lists local events or other calendar).
  • Web form for submitting events online. Some places have an automatic submission form that I can just fill out instead of having to send them email. Some of them prefer this method, so if they have one it's important to find it.
  • Any other information that you think would be helpful about that media outlet.

Send anything you collect to listen (AT) artc (DOT) org.
