Report of the Production meeting held 2/6/2010 at 1pm. Next meeting: Wednesday, April 7 prior to rehearsal

Concluding the ARTC show at the Academy Theatre on March 27 and 28, we will take a week off to rest (and because of Easter), resuming Wednesday rehearsals on April 7 with an eye towards the first studio date being April 10. The entire process will be concluded by May 30 or earlier.

  • Recording will primarily be scheduled for the weekend when possible
  • Directors will be responsible for casting
  • Consistency of studio will be something to strive for to keep the recordings sounding the same
  • Kelley will be responsible for dividing the scripts into their logical scenes (completed by March 20) and for monitoring script integrity during the recording session (David S. to fill in when Kelley's professional commitments interfere)
  • Shorter pieces will not be divided (Rory, Hawk, Haunter, Healthy Springs)
  • Recording sessions will be limited to 4 hours per day, preferably in the afternoon (1-5, 2-6 time frames being desirable)
  • David B. will Produce all pieces. Directors still being assigned. Studios to be contacted and time booked by end of February.
  • RECOMMENDATION: Actors to meet at Bill's house for vocal/energy warmup prior to carpool to studio
  • Foley will be recorded in studio as well. Music also, when necessary (sax for 'Raven', flute for 'Dancer', violin for 'House')
  • Other desirable recording will be singing/music for the Christmas CD and Madeline Culp for 'Kissed by a Stranger' (if she can do the accent).

Known scheduling issues: Brian Troxell unavailable on Wednesday evenings for the duration of the sessions. Kelley Ceccato likely unavailable on Saturdays.

Script list (NOTE: 'Our Fair City' has been postponed on the recommendation of Bill Ritch, replaced by 'The House Across the Way')
